Caledonia Mills – Stoke on Trent
Caledonia Mills is a purpose built student accommodation located in the heart of Stoke-on-Trent city centre, Staffordshire in the West Midland. This project is an ideal student accommodation which is only a 10 min walk to Staffordshire University’s main campus and a 15 min journey by bus to Keele University.
A recent analysis of the student population in the two institutions shows that there are a total of 25,980 students out of which 9% are international students. Out of this figure, over 17,000 are full-time students that requires functional accommodation. However, the total 1,262 private beds available for students is a far cry from the present demand for student accommodation in the two institutions.
The Caledonia Mills purpose built student accommodation will alleviate the student housing challenge of these two institutions. The project is a modern student housing structure with all the facilities required for a comfortable student lifestyle. The asset has 120 ensuite cluster and studio bedrooms. The amenities at Caledonia Mills include mains gas, electricity, water, heating system, CCTV, WiFi, laundry facilities and 24 hours security.
